Non-Scheduled (Charter) Air Service Requirements:

  1. FORM T.O/1
  2. Current copy of Certificate of Competency or Air Operator’s Certificate or similar document,
    including an operations specification sheet showing the list of authorized aircraft, where applicable
    (If more than two (2) years have elapsed since the last submission of this document, a current copy must be submitted)
  3. Current copy of Certificate of Aircraft Hull, Passenger and Third Party Liability as well as War Risks Insuranc,e including a schedule of aircraft where applicable.
  4. Current copy of Certificate (s) of Airworthiness of Aircraft
  5. Current copy of Certificate (s) of Registration of Aircraft
  6. A brief description of history/operation over the last twelve months
  7. Charter agreement, where applicable

Barbados (TBPB) Operating Information

  • Operating Hours: 07:30 – 19:30 local / 11:30 – 23:30 UTC daily
  • After-Hours Operations: Permitted with 24–48 hours prior notice. Arrangements can be made upon request.
  • Overtime Charges: Approximately USD $950.00 applicable across all relevant authorities.
  • Service Advisory: Lavatory, potable water, and fuel should be serviced upon arrival, as they are unavailable 24/7.
