You can send permit requests directly, but it can be awkward if you don’t speak French. Our ops team can take care of that. Three days’ notice is needed for private and overflights; watch out for a series of commercial flights; they take at least 45 days.
All requests for overflights and/or landings must include the following information:
- Operator name
- Aircraft characteristics
- Registration
- Number of crew members and their names
- Nationality
- Scheduled date of the flyover and/or landing
To do this, you must send us the above technical documents:
- Air Operator Permit & AOC Operating Specification
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Certificate of Airworthiness
- Certificate of return to service
- Insurance certificate
- Nuisance limitation certificate
- Radio station license
- Flight crew licenses
