You can overfly the Virgin Islands (births) only by filing a flight plan within a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure. As for Landing permits, you have to use an Agent like American Flight Support that has already registered with BVICAA to file your PPR. You have to get your PPR confirmation before departure or landing permit and add it to your flight plan item 18.

The main airport of the Virgin Islands (British) is Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport ICAO -TUPJ / IATA – EIS. Formerly known as Beef Island Airport, it serves the British Virgin Islands. Located on Beef Island, just east of Tortola, this airport is the main gateway to the British Virgin Islands and is connected to Tortola by the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge.
