Barbados (TBPB) Operating Information

  • Operating Hours: 07:30 – 19:30 local / 12:30 – 20:30 UTC daily. CAA is NOT open on weekends, and LND can NOT be obtained on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Airport after-Hours Operations: Permitted with 24–48 hours prior notice. Arrangements can be made upon request.
  • Overtime Charges: Approximately USD $950.00 applicable across all relevant authorities.
  • Service Advisory: Lavatory, potable water, and fuel should be serviced upon arrival, as they are unavailable 24/7.

Non-Scheduled (Private) Air Service Requirements PART 91:

If the flight operates as Private Part 91, inbound and outbound, a permit will not be required.
