B – CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES:
Our FBO terminal is quite convenient and all the formalities are done inside the terminal.
Our passengers disembark from the plane and we escort them to their VIP LOUNGE (100 meters on foot). After we seat them, we take their passports and do their immigration process for them. We manage your luggage and process it through customs, which is conveniently in front of the lounge so you can see the whole process. If any of the local authorities have any questions or require the presence of the passenger, we call them and stay as a translator between the authorities and the passengers.
After processing your baggage through customs and your passport through immigration, we escort you to the passenger pick-up location so you can board your transport. And we make sure that all your belongings arrive in your transport with them.
C- REFUELING STOP
Passengers stay on their plane, but we take their passports to match the local GENDEC. Passports are not stamped and returned immediately. We prepare the fuel truck for its arrival so that it can be closed quickly.

The authorities of the Dominican Republic do not allow any vegetables or fruit to enter the country.
Meats can only be allowed if they are vacuum-sealed and must display a USDA seal of approval on them.
