The following documents are required for the application, along with the application form, which is attached:
Air Operator Certificate

Air Carrier Certificate
Airworthiness Certificate
Aircraft Registration Certificate
Insurance Certificate
A003- Aircraft Authorization
Noise Certificate

As per Arlene Benjamin, Operations Officer, Air Service Licences & Permits, Economic Regulation Department of Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority, Air operators from countries that are signatories to the International Air Services Transit Agreement, 1944, do not need permission to overfly the Jamaican airspace as they are guaranteed this right in accordance with Article 1, section 1 of the Agreement.
“Each contracting state grants to the other contracting state the following rights in respect of scheduled international services: The privilege to fly across its territory without landing.”
