Pilot Age Limitation:
For charter flights (Part 135), at least one crew member must be under 65. If the Second in Command (SIC) is 65 or older, then the Pilot in Command (PIC) must also be under 65.
For Part 91 operations, age restrictions are generally not required, but requirements may vary depending on the destination. To ensure compliance and secure the appropriate landing permits, we recommend consulting with American Flight Support in advance for expert guidance.
