To operate within Chilean territory and secure Chile overflying, landing, and technical stop permits, it is strongly recommended to use American Flight Support to apply for aircraft operations. This process ensures the timely acquisition of overflight and arrival permissions and includes completing the authorization form, especially when opting for Antarctic operations.
For private flights, the necessary permit typically takes 3 days to secure, while commercial flights may require up to 10 days. However, delays can occur up to 20 days if all required documents are not properly submitted. By leveraging the expertise of American Flight Support, whose Spanish-speaking staff can facilitate clear communication with local authorities, you can significantly expedite the permit process and ensure a smoother operation.
