This role is ideal for a professional with a strong aviation background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering seamless support to international operators.
✈️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of international trip support services, including permits, flight planning, ground handling, and logistics.
- Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authorities, airport authorities, and local service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of trip support specialists to deliver world-class service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and international aviation regulations.
- Develop new business opportunities, bring in clients, and open new markets (mandatory requirements).
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their operations run smoothly worldwide.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international trip support or flight operations management.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and business development in aviation.
- In-depth knowledge of global aviation regulations, permits, and overflight/landing procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
