
American Flight Support is expanding its footprint in Central America. It is looking for highly motivated and experienced Operations Station Managers to lead our ground operations in Panama and Costa Rica.
As a Station Manager, you will be the face of American Flight Support in your region, responsible for delivering seamless and high-standard support to our clients, from aircraft permits to passenger hospitality.
📍 Locations:
- Panama
- Costa Rica
✈️ Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain landing permits and coordinate airport approvals
- Receive aircraft, crew, and passengers at the airport
- Coordinate ground transportation, fuel arrangements, and hotel accommodations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operations on the ground
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and representation of the American Flight Support brand
- Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, vendors, and aviation partners
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in FBO, ground handling, or flight support services
- Strong understanding of aviation permits, fueling, and airport operations
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for aviation and delivering top-tier service
